Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Operating Partners in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5pm (flex as needed) and this role is in the office four days a week with one remote.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and schedule virtual and in-person meetingCoordinate local and international travel logistics for team membersAssist with roadshow coordination, data entry, and ad-hoc projectMaintain marketing materials, records, databases, and expense reportsSupport the Firm's annual meeting logistics and day-of coordination

Qualifications:

Degree required5+ years of administrative experienceExperience supporting Senior level executivesHighly proficient in MS office Suite, particularly OutlookThoughtful professional with exceptional attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:
