Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support regarding data entry, maintaining logs, customer correspondence, and more. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. The candidate must be comfortable with an administrative role long-term, as there may or may not be opportunities for growth.
ResponsibilitiesProvide professional administrative support to several departments within the organization.Handle correspondence (in person, by telephone, email, postal mail) of data internally and externally to our customer base.Perform technical data entry of customer drawings, blueprints, policies, procedures, and dispositions.Maintain company logs (LobbyGuard system, Visitor monthly reports).Perform miscellaneous duties including, but not limited to, catering (order lunch via telephone for luncheon meetings, set up and tear down), ordering, unpacking and tracking of office supplies, vendor communications, mailings, and scheduling service calls.Essential SkillsAdministrative support experienceData entry experienceProficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Outlook)Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingDiscretion and attention to detailWorking knowledge of ERP systemsAbility to work collaboratively with othersUS Citizenship required at time of hireAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience assisting HR, purchasing, or engineering is preferredERP experience is a plusWork Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility. The candidate will primarily work in the offices of the building, but may need to go through different areas of the facility at times. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (with flexibility for an earlier start and end time). The dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
