Associa Sierra North is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of their sited communities in Reno, NV. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with office activities, administrative tasks and customer support. Our Administrative Assistants provide superior customer service working closely with the Community Manager, board members and residents. This is a great role to enter the Association Management industry and provides growth opportunities within our organization.

\n\nEsstential Duties and Responsibilities:
\n\nUpdate and file association documents for Community Managers. Arrange for delivery and pick up of documents from storage when necessary. \nUpdate homeowner and association information in C3 and shared files. \nProcess and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the Association. \nProcess print jobs, scanning and faxing as general office support when needed\n\nOther Duties and Responsibilities:
\n\nOrganizes and prepares correspondence relating to association business. \nReceives and responds to incoming calls from homeowners, Board members and vendors. Follow through on various requests. \nReviews invoices for completeness/accuracy of charges and prepare payable vouchers for manager’s approval. \nPrepares and assists community managers with monthly board packages and in house mailings. \nProvide general office support as needed.\nProvide Move-In Orientation to new residents.\nPrepares and assists community manager with house mailings and accounting tasks.\nConduct onsite property inspections when needed.\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nSchedule:
\n\nThis position is full time 40 hours per week. Business hours are from 8am to 5pm, five days a week (MON-FRI).
\n RequirementsKnowledge and Skills:
\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook,) at a proficient level. \nProfessional customer service skills. \nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, et) at a proficient level.\nPartner with multiple stakeholders, for example community managers, vendors, peers, clients. \nAbility to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nAbility to self-motivate, be proactive, detail oriented and successfully function as part of a team. \nAbility to keep workspaces organized and maintained. Alerts Office Manager of low supplies and assists in supply stocking and distribution. \nAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures, and forms.\nMust be able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting\nMust be able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines. \nMust be able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nMust be able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person.\nMust be able to operate general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).\n\nEducation and Experience:
\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n1 – 3 years of related administration, customer service or hospitality experience preferred\n\nWorking Conditions:
