ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

A full-service public accounting firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary to permanent opportunity located in North Attleboro, MA. This is a part-time opportunity that will need full-time hours during tax season.
Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant include:
-Put together and organize tax documents
-Perform bookkeeping tasks as well as reconciliations
-Utilize QuickBooks and other payroll software to process payroll
-Prepare letters, financial statements, and finance packages
-Maintained office supply levels
-Make regular bank deposits and runs to post office
-Maintain client and vendor relationships through multi-medias
-Perform other clerical and reception duties as assigned
Requirements of Administrative Assistant
-Minium High School Diploma required
-At least 5+ years of administrative experience in a related field required, past experience in accounting firm a plus
-Excellent computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Software
-Superior written and interpersonal communication skills
-Ability to work closely with sensitive and confidential information while maintain discretion
- Willing to work part-time hours during non-tax season and transition to full-time hours during tax season
Hours:
During Non-Tax Season: Approximately 20 hours/week on a consistent schedule
During Tax Season: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00/hr
