Our client, a leading energy and infrastructure investor is seeking an Administrative Assistant in NYC. The hours are 9am-5pm five days in their downtown office.

Responsibilities:

Book domestic and international travel (cars, flights, hotels)Make restaurant reservationsManage busy Outlook calendarsDraft, edit and write correspondence on behalf of executivesProvide administrative support to Partners and Analysts in the office

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience booking travel, managing Outlook calendars and coordinating schedulesMust be familiar with NYC and local restaurants

Compensation
