We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Fond du Lac, WI office. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors as they enter the office.


This is an in-office position located at 1209 Industrial Pkwy, Fond du Lac, WI 54937. This is not a remote opportunity.

The Role

Provide administrative support to the office leadership teamServe as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impressionManage incoming communications including phone calls, mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain a well-organized and professional office environment, including common areas and meeting spacesMonitor and manage office supply inventory, placing and tracking orders as neededProcess and organize documents, maintaining secure filing systems both digitally and physicallyGenerate and distribute various reports and documents using Microsoft Office SuiteManage various administrative databases and systems, handling data entry and analysis as neededCoordinate with facilities and IT teams for office maintenance and technology needsTake initiative on special projects and additional responsibilities as they arise Requirements 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms - Excel skills especially neededStrong ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional discretionProven track record of problem-solving and taking initiative in dynamic environmentsAbility to work in an office environment with extended periods at a computer workstationCapable of occasionally lifting and moving items up to 30 poundsValid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
