Administrative Assistant
Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Administrative Assistant! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. The Administrative Assistant is someone who maintains positivity and professionalism while building relationships crucial to the success of the organization. Someone who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior. This person will be responsible for maintaining business documentation, preparing files for leadership, and providing adminstrative support to enhance the overall effectiveness of the business unit.

A Day in the Life...

• Provides administrative support with a high degree of integrity, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
• Coordinate scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel for Management and outside visitors.
• Develop presentation materials, graphs, charts, etc.
• Input data to the HRIS system as requested by the HR Manager.
• Monitor health card compliance and conduct LOA wellness calls.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Support EHS with administrative/clerical duties.
• Organize and coordinate plant events (lunches, celebrations, etc.)
• Oversee site’s cleaning contractor, food, uniform vending supplier.
• Maintain office supply inventory and miscellaneous ordering duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in typing and using multiple computer applications including the MS Office Suite of products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Workday application experience
• High degree of integrity and respect for maintaining confidential information
• Ability to prioritize work assignments with flexibility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to clearly convey simple and complex material – verbally and written
• Ability to remain cooperative and tactful in stressful situations
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision or in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and share information (as needed) using different methods, for example: PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Ability to learn and anticipate future needs and proactively address those needs
• Exceptional accuracy skills
• Good organization, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal team

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 1 Year of Experience
