CACI is looking for full-time Administrative Assistant to join Industrial Security department in providing a wide range of support to the Facility Security Officer (FSO):
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supports/Assists with CACI On-boarding/off-boarding process
+ Maintains tracking records and filing systems.
+ Acts as local POC and liaison Security related issues.
+ Responsible for providing administrative support to management.
+ Maintain security databases for various data points- visit requests, CACs, foreign travel, clearance updates, etc.
+ Produce documents such as visit requests, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
+ Processes administrative and personnel paperwork & tracking deliverables
+ Assist the FSO with data reports and metrics
+ Anticipates administrative needs of department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
+ Support customer visits, retrieving mail,
+ Complete free computer based training in industrial security to become acquainted with the field
+ Responsibilities may include email follow up, meeting scheduling, preparing for inspections, summaries, and analysis of information for function.
+ Maintains group email aliases.
+ Coordinate with new guards to ensure they are set for success
**Required skills:**
+ Clearance: Minimum DoD Secret to start, ability to obtain TS/SCI and polygraph
+ 4+ years of administrative or comparable experience
+ Education: High School diploma, BS/BA in Business Administration or related filed preferred
+ Ability to interact with senior executives and military personnel in a professional manner.
+ Strong ability to organize and complete multiple tasks
+ Strong communication skills (listening , oral, and written)
+ Must be a self-starter that requires little supervision.
+ Extensive experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
+ Basic interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
+ Creates documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and visit requests.
+ Maintains and distributes spreadsheets that includes all employee contract information.
+ Maintains group email aliases.
+ Responds to requests, distributes correspondence, circulates information, etc., to other staff as needed, including senior staff.
+ Performs escort as needed within the secure facility.
+ Performs back up duties for other offices within the directorate/office.
+ Implements new administrative support processes.
+ Participates productively as a contributing member in a team environment.
+ Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500 - 117,900 USD
