Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent computer proficiency, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant - Temp position
**Location:** Midland City
**Pay Range:** $20.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Balancing tickets with MTech and SAP and producting various delivery reports.
+ Entering requisitions and receiving through SAP for department parts and ingredients.
+ Assisting the dispatcher in maintaining and monitoring inventory
+ Ordering and scheduling deliveries as a backup to the dispatcher.
+ Answering phones and performing other clerical duties as needed for various other departments.
**What's Needed?**
+ A high school degree or equivalent is required.
+ Previous experience in an accounting or accounting support role is required.
+ 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and Word software is required.
+ Good communication skills are essential.
+ Computer skills; SAP experience is preferred.
