Description We are in search of a proficient Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team in the Service industry, situated in Mt Laurel, New Jersey, 08054, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing test takers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring accurate data entry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage test takers and cater to their needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately enter data and maintain customer records.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email correspondence.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word) for various administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.
• Ensure the safe return of scantron copies to our office.
• Monitor and take necessary action on customer accounts.
• Maintain a well-organized system for handling all administrative tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail oriented communication with clients and team members.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing effective multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, contacts, and tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and presenting detail oriented presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
