Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Front Desk & HR Support)
Location: Cypress, CA (Onsite Position)

We are seeking a highly professional and polished Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations while providing essential support to our Human Resources team. This is a full-time onsite position requiring strong organizational skills, professionalism, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
+ Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
+ Handle office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office organization, and coordinating facility needs.
+ Assist the HR team with administrative duties, including employee file management, scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and onboarding new hires.
+ Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, event planning, and compliance documentation.
+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably supporting an HR team.
+ Strong professional presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
+ Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality when handling HR-related matters.
+ Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional administrative support.
+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
