Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain and update client and office records with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
• Facilitate strong communication and organizational tasks to support the entire team.
• Handle day-to-day tasks such as calendar management, travel, and expense management.
• Provide vital administrative support to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Support various team projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
• Act as the first point of contact for team members, delivering warm, detail-oriented interaction.
• Ensure that the office is well stocked with supplies and kept clean.
• Utilize technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, for various tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all duties, showcasing exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience in operations, specifically in managing administrative tasks, is necessary.
• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is preferred.
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks as and when required.
• Strong typing skills are essential for document creation and email correspondence.
• Experience in calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Filing skills are required for maintaining organized records and documents.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial due to the sensitive nature of documents and information handled.
• Interpersonal skills are essential for working within a team and interacting with clients.
• Proficiency in office administration tasks, including handling office supplies and coordinating with service providers.
• Knowledge of salary structures is beneficial for assisting in HR tasks.
• Experience in data management for maintaining and updating databases.
• Ability to work onsite as per the job requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime when required to complete important tasks.
