Administrative Assistant
Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in a city in Indiana. This role is within the industry and will be based in our workplace. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to provide a variety of administrative support tasks, including setting up new devices for Mobile and EMS Technicians, organizing welcome packages, generating certificates of completion, and more. Responsibilities: • Set up new iPhones for Mobile and EMS Technicians, including installing a protective outer case, placing a screen protector, and updating and resetting each phone. • Organize and assemble welcome bags for new Mobile and EMS Technicians on a weekly basis. • Create and print customized welcome letters and assemble them in new permanent folders. • Generate certificates of completion for each Technician Orientation cohort. • Assemble name tents and participant guidebooks. • Use Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel, to perform various tasks. • Handle any other duties as assigned. • Provide customer service by answering inbound calls and corresponding via email. • Perform data entry tasks and schedule appointments as needed. • Use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner • Proficiency in providing high-quality customer service • Demonstrated ability in data entry with accuracy and speed • Proficient in managing email correspondence effectively and promptly • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management • Proficient in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint • Expertise in drafting, editing and formatting documents in Microsoft Word • Proven ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
