The successful candidate will be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities. Must be able to quickly and correctly execute their work in order to alleviate executive workload. Duties of the role include but are not limited to:• Support CAS Offices in bookkeeping, office coverage, card access and customer service• Assist Office Visitors• Answering and redirecting emails, phone calls and faxes• Schedule meetings• Maintain executive director’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.• Attend meetings and keep minutes• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible Qualifications: Required:• High school degree• Previous office experience and a willingness to learn• Friendly and cooperative attitude Preferred:• College Degree• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Word• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms Contact Information: Electronic submissions required.
