Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to management and staff.Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries as needed.Prepare, design, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain and update the company SharePoint filing system.Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.Assist with planning and organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.Prepare and submit expense reports and other financial documents for management and staff.Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks as assigned.Essential SkillsAdministrative supportData entryCustomer serviceCall center customer serviceFront desk administrationMaintaining filing systems in paper form or electronically using databasesAnswering telephone calls promptlyExperience performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, or maintaining recordsProficiency with computersAnswering general queries in person, by telephone, or emailAdditional Skills & QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferredA growing interest in the sustainability and energy industryExperience in an administrative or office support roleProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft ExcelClerical and administrative skillsProviding information about products and services to customers, clients, and partnersAnswering or referring inquiries about business operations, policies, or proceduresCarrying out clerical support tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and collating dataScheduling and following up with appointmentsCopying, scanning, and routing correspondence/documentation
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
