Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an **HR Assistant** in Marlborough, MA!
Pay rate: $ 21.00
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30pm; OT may be needed occasionally
Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Hybrid 3 required days in office; Marlborough campus is primary location
The HR Assistant provides administrative support for talent development programs and the launch of a new development platform.
**Responsibilities and job duties:**
+ Talent Development Program Support
+ Coordinate with vendors to set up program cohorts
+ Share rosters with vendors for upcoming sessions
+ Send calendar invites for classes and leadership discussions
+ Send weekly communications to participants
+ Track pre-work completion and send reminders
+ Create quarterly reports and update dashboards
+ Submit attendance for recording in myLearning
+ Coordinate digital badge and license process with vendors
+ Assist with participant queries
+ Development Platform Launch Support
+ Perform data clean-up to assist with transition to new platform
+ Administer license management process and track usage
+ Assist with content creation as needed
+ Provide testing support
**Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ HS Degree required
+ 2+ year's administrative experience
+ Minimum to intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams experience **Preferred qualifications:**
+ SuccessFactors experience
+ Experience with SharePoint and web-conferencing systems
+ Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
+ Proven ability to plan, execute and work in collaboration with others

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
