We are looking for an engaging, self-starting individual who can provide a wide range of administrative support to faculty, staff and students. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented and be able to think quickly on their feet. Front office oversight including, but not limited to, receive and direct visitors; maintain front office area; oversees general email address; distributes mail and packages. 2. Assist Department Chairman with their schedule including keeping them on task and coordinating any signatures. 3. Manages department spaces (conference rooms, lecture hall and testing room(s)) for approvals and accesses. 4. Assists the administrative team with meetings, events and visitors. 5. Oversee department supplies and maintenance needs. 6. Process department access requests and manage department auditing requirements. 7. Support administrative team with department surveys and accreditation reports. Demonstrated human relations and effective written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and direct supervisory experience preferred.
