JOB PURPOSE:
The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for office-related activities and responsible for maintaining the overall office experience. This team member will also support leadership in a broad administrative capacity and perform administrative services for members of the leadership team. This position will carry out multiple duties including but not limited to calendaring, travel arrangements, expense reports, copy and scan documents, conference registration, meeting/event planning and a variety of additional tasks. This individual must be able to exercise sound judgment, possess good communication and prioritization skills, and maintain a balance among multiple priorities.
The hiring range for this position is $25/hour to $28/hour. The actual base wage offered will be determined based on multiple factors including internal equity, location, and the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience. This is a 32-hour per week position, Monday thru Friday, and is located in our Edina, MN office.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of administrative assistant support and/or office manager experience or equivalent combined desired. Ability to think proactively to maximize opportunities to promote the work of the organization. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web/video conferencing skills required. Event planning experience is a plus.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL & MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution. Possess communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse groups. Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on changing needs and organizational priorities. The team member is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. Team members may be required to work other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.ABOUT MIDCO:
