Administrative Assistant
Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to become part of our team in the construction/contractor industry, located in PERRYSBURG, Ohio. This opportunity offers long term contract employment, where you will have the chance to handle customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and inbound calls. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls efficiently and provide exceptional customer service. • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions. • Process customer requests in a timely manner. • Quote for every job, regardless of its size. • Use QuickBooks to manage and track customer accounts. • Learn and adapt to new processes and systems. • Communicate effectively through email correspondence. • Implement knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to enhance productivity. • Schedule appointments as necessary. • Leverage any previous construction experience to better understand and serve our customers. Requirements • Prior experience in the Construction/Contractor industry is preferred • Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively • Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service • Accurate and efficient data entry abilities • Experience in email correspondence, ensuring clear and detail oriented communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to schedule appointments and manage a calendar effectively • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Good problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively and swiftly • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree would be a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
