POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative/Clerical: Processing all start and stop services and updating excel spreadsheets, updating billing excel spreadsheet, uniform ordering and inventory, cell phone ordering and inventory.
Document Control: Set up and maintain client and vendor files. Request and PTT numbers and distribute new account information to appropriate departments.
New Hire Orientation: Coordinate new hire orientation and training with Recruiting and the Office Operations team.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
A minimum of two (2) years administrative experience is preferred.
A collaborator that can collaborate and interact with various levels of staff and management.
Knowledge of MS Office including word, excel, outlook PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be highly organized.
