Administrative Assistant
Description Purpose: The Branch Admin will be responsible for processing branch paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. The Branch Admin will also be responsible for answering the Company’s phone line and routing/distributing calls accordingly. Essential Duties: • Processing (data entry) of branch paperwork • Direct contact with field personnel from branch locations • Act as offsite receptionist in many capacities, routing calls, handling calls if no one else if available (avg. about 40 calls a day) • Become knowledgeable with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures • Meet weekly processing goals • Accurate routing and distribution of incoming customer phone calls • General office duties including assisting with billing Skills Administrative support, Data entry, Microsoft office, Administration, Outlook, Clerical, Microsoft, Customer service, Front desk, Administrative skills Top Skills Details Administrative support,Data entry,Microsoft office,Administration,Outlook,Clerical,Microsoft Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years administrative experience Administrative OR receptionist Soft Skills: • Team player who is friendly, personable and enthusiastic • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills • Strong work ethic • Reliability • Good number aptitude • Above-average computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook) Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $42840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
