This temporary, on-site Administrative Receptionist/Coordinator position requires providing reception and administrative support at a company in Boston. The role involves greeting visitors, managing mail, ordering catering, assisting with meetings, tracking inventory, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The position is part-time, offering about 30 hours per week with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM, and Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM. The pay for this role is $26 - $28 per hour. Job Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, manage mailbox/voicemail, and validate visitor parking.
* Order and distribute food, set up rooms for meetings, and manage inventory.
* Reconcile expense reports, coordinate interview schedules, and assist new hires with onboarding.
* Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Prior administrative experience is a plus.
* Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be local to the office.
