Position Overview:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative office, providing essential support to leadership, managing day-to-day tasks, and maintaining confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.

Required:
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience. Proficiency with Windows applications, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and shared document platforms. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact tactfully with staff and the public. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment in all work-related matters. Strong proofreading and document preparation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to work in multiple locations. Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds and perform occasional light physical tasks. Ability to work occasional nights and weekends, including Sundays.Preferred:
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification. Experience working in a library or non-profit environment.Special Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain Certified Administrative Professional certification. Ability to obtain and maintain a Commonwealth of Kentucky Notary Public commission.Are you Interested?
