An Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing an office's day-to-day operations. They perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling incoming and outgoing mail, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, and providing support to other staff members. They also ensure smooth communication and organization within the office environment.
Work Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
Must possess strong computer software skills
Typing and organizational skills including Outlook 2007, Excel, and Word
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
Self-motivated, reliable, and team player
Hands-on attitude
Accounting experience using Quick Books is a plus
Property Management is a plus.
