Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Front Desk
Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner; forward phone calls as required, introducing the caller and the purpose of the call to the recipient of the call.Meet and greet visitors at the reception desk and guide visitors to the appropriate person in the department.Employee, visitor, contractor badges.Calendar management
Organize and coordinate the schedulesSet up systems to improve efficiencyTravel arrangements
Plan and organize travel, including flights, hotels, and transportationPrepare itineraries and track expensesCommunications management
Filter, prioritize, and respond to emails and other forms of communicationwriting and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communicationsScreen and direct phone callsMeeting support
Schedule meetings, prepare materials for meetings, and take minutes during meetings. Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessaryDocument preparation
Conduct research, prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.Create, edit, or distribute documentsEnsure brand integrity, information security, and confidentialityEvent coordination
Serve as a coordinator for the various parties involved in eventsProject management
Take on special projectsOffice Supplies and InventoryEmployee BadgesAssist Human Resources with OrientationsPreferred Attributes:
