About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support leaders in the San Diego Region for our National Branch Network, as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division.
In this role, you will:
Support moderately complex administrative tasksAssist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparationWork closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needsPerform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasksReceive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative processProvide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business lineInteract with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organizationRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple senior level leadersCalendar management experience, managing multiple calendars, travel, meetings and eventsExperience consulting and partnering with all levels of the enterprise, leaders and peersCustomer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely mannerFinancial services industry experienceExperience preparing presentations, managing data, and reporting projectsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience identifying and implementing process efficienciesAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsBilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English a plusJob Expectations:
