This is a salaried, non-exempt level position.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ADM’s Rice Mill in Arbuckle, CA. In this role, you’ll support daily operations and facilitate communication across the organization.
Position Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests, contractors, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.Ensure all guests, contractors, and visitors follow proper check-in procedures.Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.Communicate effectively with customers, providing prompt and clear responses.Foster open and efficient communication with colleagues and management across departments.Assist in training of new hires.Assist with freight coordination, generating reports, and updating empty bag inventory.All other duties assigned by management.
Position Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general computer skills.Previous data entry experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish.Professional demeanor and a positive attitude when interacting with others.
