Special projects include creating new processes and procedures while maintaining and improving existing procedures within clinic operations focusing on performance, quality and financial outcomes. Also provides administrative support as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but are not limited to the following: + Special Projects-Continuously assess workflows, processes and procedures, identify areas of improvement, and develop best practices and appropriate changes to improve outcomes + Credentialing-Ensure all necessary certification is acquired prior to onboarding new team members and providers; Establish formal policy and procedure for agency and individual provider credentialing; Regulatory audit and update of all training and onboarding material ensuring. + eClinical Works-Become point person for utilization and ongoing implementation of eClinicalWorks (eCW) software; Re-design of intake process to accurately capture and populate eCW with all client demographics; Re-design of intake process to accurately capture and populate eCW with all client demographics + Assist Clinic Director in identifying areas where additional oversight/training may be required for clinicians. An Associates Degree required, preferably in a human services field. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoy contributing to the development of best practices.
