Walbridge has an excellent opportunity for an administrative assistant to support a variety of construction project needs in the Orlando area.  This individual will work closely with our project managers, cost analyst, engineers, and superintendents to organize and manage the various project administrative requirements associated with our client, vendor and stakeholder needs.

We are looking for a detail oriented team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, produce quality work, and meet deadlines. 

 

The successfully candidate will possess:

5 years of administrative experience and responsibilities.Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact with customers, vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors on a positive basis.Proficient computer skills in Excel and WordCMIC and / or Textura experience a plusA background in construction is a plusA can-do attitude, and willingness to learnAn inclusive mindset consistent with the Walbridge Culture of Inclusion EEO/AA Employer M/F/D/V
