Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator to support the Senior Director and assists program teams within the directorate.
The Administrative Assistant/Coordinator will support daily business administrative and coordinate responsibilities; to include arranging meetings and events, tracking expenses, arranging travel, administration of calendars, coordination for customer and exec meetings (logistics with IT and facilities, catering, etc), assisting program teams, action item tracking, and performing special projects as required. The person in this role will partner and collaborate with other Administrative Assistants and leaders on campus. So will need to create relationships, exercise good judgment and work across Raytheon's matrix seamlessly.
The Administrative Assistant/Coordinator will take initiative, with little oversight, in identifying ways to add value to the team. The Administrative Assistant/Coordinator in this role is expected to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude is critical. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, able to multitask, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
What You Will Do
Effectively partner across the business area to support various general operational tasks (email, travel arrangements, expense reports, suppliers, etc)
Manage a high degree of fluency with relevant software resources such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ZOOM (to name a few)
Coordinate domestic and international travel expense reports
Coordinate special events and executive visits via the Visitor Management System
Coordinate internal and external communications to executives support staff
Manage conflicting priorities by maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly agenda items
Operate independently on daily office coordination activities
Attend meetings; capture actions and maintain action list to ensure follow up
Generate correspondence and other material with speed and accuracy using Microsoft Suite applications
Work with administrative staff and teams across the site to develop and implement continuous quality improvements
Qualifications You Must Have
High School or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite resources (Presentation, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc)
Experience managing calendar activity for a leadership team
An active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience working with catering organizations
Excellent customer service skills – demonstrate a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
Effective communication/presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly come up to speed while executing efforts while building strong relationships
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to communicate well and respond effectively and with good judgment to non-routine requests or situations

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 91,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
