Job Summary As Administrative Assistant for Design and Development, you will provide vital support to the Property Development, Design, Procurement and Kitchen Equipment teams by performing various administrative and organizational tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in office software, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Job Responsibilities and Duties · Lucernex Database updating & report generation · Coordination of site surveys and site investigation reports with external landlords and vendors · Meeting scheduling and coordination · Capture and distribute meeting minutes · Financial tracking of permit/development fees, design fees, kitchen equipment invoicing · Scanning and distribution of Operational License correspondence Knowledge, Skills, Abilities · High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration disciplines is a plus. · Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in restaurant development or related industry. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Database management skills (Lucernex experience preferable but not essential) · Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Requirements - Education, Experience, Physical, and Competencies Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree - Preferred Work Experience 2-4 years Supervisory Experience Not Applicable Related Experience · Previous experience in a development-related administrative role is advantageous. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
