Part time in office Administrator, 4 hours/day for our boutique public practice firm in Vancouver, BC.

This role will provide administrative support to two partners. Strong communication skills and experience with calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence, document control, data entry, file management and scanning are required. Our client is a full-service firm with a team of experienced accountants and assurance professionals, bringing large firm experience to a smaller firm setting. This firm provides all the traditional services of a public practice firm, but with the level of expertise and professionalism that is expected from a boutique firm. As for their clients, we’re talking private enterprise, non-profits, and startups – with varying needs such as audit and reviews, tax advisory and compliance, and business advisory services.

The Part Time Administrator will provide support to 2 Partners. 4 hours/day, our client can be flexible with scheduling and timing. This is an in-office role. As part of the administration team, the Part Time administrator will focus on scheduling, meeting coordination, document control, scanning and filing as primary responsibilities. On occasion there may be requirements for personal support – errands, however this will be rare. The successful applicant will bring strong administration skills, be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and prior experience in a professional service environment is an asset.

Benefits & Perks:Annual salary of $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.Benefits package to be determined.Flexible work hours.Responsibilities:
Calendar management.Document control.Scheduling meetings.Filing.Scanning.Errands on occasion.Correspondence.Reception coverage.Qualification:2+ years of experience in an office administration role.Prior experience in the professional services industry is desired.Must have experience with calendar management.Experience supporting a senior manager is required.Strong communication skills and exceptional client services skills are required.Intermediate Microsoft office skills.Flexible to run errands on occasion.Must be available to be in the office 4 hours/day.
