Position Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Uline’s eCommerce team.
Plan, schedule and handle expenses for department travel, meetings and events.
Run reports, analyze data and prepare presentations and memos.
Maintain and update department documentation, processes / procedures and calendars.
Provide onboarding support to new employees.
Minimum Requirements
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
