Administrative Assistant- Executive Director Clinical Support Services
Full Time
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and assisting with various projects, schedules, policies, and accreditation tasks. You will also play a key role in managing outpatient visits to the department, providing excellent customer service and assisting with clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project management, data analysis, and preparation of reports and documents.
Maintain records of staff competencies, licenses, and evaluations.
Answer phones, manage correspondence, and update department schedules.
Coordinate outpatient visits, ensuring positive customer interactions and timely communication with physicians.
Ensure compliance with regulations, participate in safety training, and support departmental goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Experience in administrative support roles, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hospital scheduling systems (e.g., My Time, EPIC).
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
