Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Administrative Assistant in the thriving technology industry. This role is based in EAST SYRACUSE, New York, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from customer service to sales and office functions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Assist in sales operations, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business
• Perform various office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
• Participate in planning activities, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans
• Assist in market forecasting, providing valuable inputs based on data analysis
• Ensure all processes are automated where possible to increase efficiency
• Use speech recognition tools to streamline communication processes
• Manage quality assurance to ensure all processes, services, and products meet quality standards
• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data accuracy at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships
• Demonstrated experience in Sales, with the ability to meet set targets and drive revenue growth
• Ability to manage Office Functions efficiently, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks
• Experience in Training staff, developing and implementing training programs to improve team performance
• Strong Planning and Forecasting skills, with the ability to predict future trends and make strategic decisions
• Ability to create and understand Specifications for projects or products
• Excellent Explanation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Knowledge of Automate Processes, with the ability to use technology to streamline operations
• Familiarity with Speech Recognition software and its applications in a business setting
• Experience in Quality Assurance Management, ensuring products or services meet set quality standards.
