Administrative Assistant - Facilities
Kforce's client, one of NYC's leading real estate firms seeks an Administrative Assistant-Facilities to work closely with the CEO and CFO. This is a critical role that offers very competitive compensation and benefits in a very professional work environment. Duties in this high-profile role: * Provide backup administrative support to Owner/CEO while providing primary administrative support to CFO * Handle calendar invitations, assist with email correspondence and telephone communications * Generate internal and external correspondence, maintain office files, handle travel arrangements/create itineraries, assist with front desk reception duties (e.g. greeting visitors, answering calls on switchboard, sorting, mail, ordering lunch, etc.) * Assist accounting staff as needed, coordinate facilities work for properties, including 3rd party providers for repairs maintenance, cleaning, capital improvements, etc.
