POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for administrative duties in Finance department, including Tax department. Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties including daily mail collection and disbursement to Finance teammates. Responsibilities will include processing, filing, and tracking of various tax filings.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for all general administrative duties in Finance Department, including daily collection and disbursement of mailings received to respective teammates, initiating payments for department expenses in Coupa, and outgoing mail responsibilities including the processing of various tax returns (preparation of the mailing packages, obtaining postage, and mailing documents.)
2. Maintains all records for the Finance Department in accordance with corporate and department record retention policies.
3. Responsible for various other administrative duties, including business license support and exemption/resale certificates support.
6. Participation in other administrative related Finance projects, as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum, three (3) years in corporate administrative role
3. Prior experience in similar role in either Tax, Accounting, or other Finance department preferred
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
2. Ability to meet stringent deadlines and perform under pressure.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
6. Advanced interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
