ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR COMMUNICATION & HOUSING

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate individual(s) or area(s) in a professional manner   Greet facility visitors and provide assistance   Prepare and/or process documents, review for accuracy and completeness  Maintain, develop, and update reports  Collect and verify program information and ensure it is accurate in Company and government systems  Handle airline, ground transportation and lodging expense reporting   Request folios, and other travel details via telephone and/or e-mail in an efficient and timely manner  Provide data entry for the databases and other information tracking systems  Other duties as assigned 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

3-10 years related experience English professional fluency preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check  Proficiency with MS Office  Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion  Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process  Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

 

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available for weekend support.
