Administrative Assistant Location: Lehi, UT Status: Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pay: $35,360-$39,520 Summary The Human Resources Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, and the HR team as they support the organization. This position involves a variety of administrative and HR-related responsibilities, such as scheduling, document management, and compliance activities, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication throughout MTECH. What You’ll Do: Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to: + Provide support to the Associate Vice President and the HR team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meeting logistics. + Greet and assist visitors to the Administrative Suite. + Support general office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. + Assist with committee tasks and organizing employee gifts. + Handle document management duties such as copying, filing, scanning, and creating fillable forms. + Support the completion of paperwork and communications required by State and Federal Agencies. + Take minutes during HR team meetings or assigned committee meetings. + Assist with special projects and additional tasks as directed by team leadership. What We’re Looking For: + A high school diploma or equivalent is required. + Two (2) years of specialized training or an associate’s degree is preferred. + At least one (1) year of administrative support experience, preferable in human resources or a related field. + Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. + Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). + Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle varied responsibilities.
