\n \n Job Description\n\nThis position assumes responsibility for the receiving area and freight elevator; maintains area safety, orderliness and cleanliness; verifies licenses, insurances, and permits of all service providers and contractors through the management office; enforces parking regulations; enforces rules and regulations of the Association. Good communication and customer service skills.\n\nEnsures that the receiving area office is never left unattended/unlocked.\nNever permits the receiving area to be blocked.\nSchedules freight elevator for residents moving in and out advance adhering to Association Policy.\nRegisters all delivers and packages (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, registered mail).\nReports all problems to the supervisor, including problems outside of scope of responsibility.\nIssues parking passes to all approved vehicles.\nRegisters and distributes ID passes to all contractors.\nMonitors the coming and going of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors through logs.\nCompletes required reports.\nEnsures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.\nMaintains a safe work area.\nOther duties as required.\n\n Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalency required.\nExperience/Knowledge with Receiving:\nPrevious experienced preferred\nStrong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nMultiple language fluency is desirable.\n
