Responsibilities include managing internal and external communications, drafting letters, screening correspondence, taking meeting notes, and maintaining records. This role requires a quick thinker with strong multitasking abilities to handle diverse projects, run errands, and ensure smooth office workflows. Attention to detail, organization, and discretion are essential.
Qualifications: 3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant - required Experience working for an Administrator  - required Events Coordinator experience is a plus Creating, managing, and publishing content for social media platforms Office experience - required MS Word and Excel experience - required May have to travel - must have reliable transportation Effective written and verbal communication Clean background and drug screen
