Job Description Summary: MaineGeneral Health is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis at our Glenridge location.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Compose, type, and transcribe correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials, and other written communications.
+ Receive, screen, and route visitors and telephone calls. Respond to, escalate, and follow up on inquiries and problems as appropriate.
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain assigned calendar(s).
+ Maintain files and office equipment. Order and stock supplies as needed. Perform special projects as assigned.
+ Some employees may operate a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health business.
Qualifications:
+ Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
+ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
