RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-time hybrid position (minimum 3 days a week on site in our Manhattan office) Provide administrative support for Global Accounts AVPs, and Directors This role supports the Office Operations Manager from the front desk once a week and will stagger PTO with the Office Operations Manager to ensure Front Desk coverage Organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences for AVPs Provide backup assistance to the Manager of Office Operations Event planning and support - organize and coordinate team events, off-sites, and other work-related events ensuring seamless execution Redundancy training on office management, facilities, and A/V requirements for 1 Manhattan West office. Coordinate dining reservations and catering Assist AVPs in creating PowerPoint Presentations, collateral, and reports while adhering to standard policies and WWT processes Update various sales organization charts and sales distribution lists Support other senior management staff on sales initiative projects as assigned Assist with special projects
