The general role of the Accounting Administrative Assistant is to support the accounting functions of the Grantsville Division. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for administrative support, utilizing tracking software to open and close jobs, enter employee time, equipment usage, prepare, and send customer invoices, and other office tasks as assigned.

 This individual will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and must become proficient with the products and services offered by the company.

What You'll Do Assist in various daily operations to include the opening and closing of jobs, entering employee time and equipment usage, compiling data to compare and send invoices, etc.Perform a variety of clerical duties including filing, coping, typing, administrative support, and data entryPrepare business correspondence, reports, agendas, and presentationsCoordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative issuesAssist in supporting and maintaining systems and initiatives for the DivisionSchedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
