Seeking an **Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Talent & Culture** to provide high-level support, ensuring the seamless operation of our Talent & Culture department. You will serve as the key point of contact for the VP, handling a wide range of administrative and project-related tasks that help drive HR initiatives and enhance employee engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** + Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP of Talent & Culture. + Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and oversee appointments. + Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other important documents. + Coordinate meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. + Support department initiatives like employee engagement, recruitment processes, onboarding, and training programs. + Maintain confidential HR files and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. + Assist in preparing reports and presentations on topics such as employee performance, talent development, and company culture. + Help manage HR systems. + Track and coordinate Talent & Culture projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed. + Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and employee recognition programs. + Serve as a liaison between the department and other departments to ensure smooth communication and project alignment. + Draft, proofread, and distribute internal communications related to HR policies and initiatives. + Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred. + 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in HR or a corporate setting. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems like BambooHR. + Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. + Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. + Occasional travel for meetings and events may be required. + Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment. **Join this team and contribute to a culture of engagement, innovation, and talent development!** **Interviews are happening NOW – please send resumes to chrc511@kellyservices.com today.** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
