Posting Number: S06263P Department: Career Center Salary Range: $37,500 - DOQ Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Richardson Job Description: This position provides administrative support for the University Career Center, assisting students, staff, and faculty with general inquiries and career-related processes. Responsibilities include managing shared email inboxes, maintaining employee data in HR systems, and verifying student employment information. Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (with a one-hour lunch). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience in HR or a similar field. Requires attention to detail, accuracy, while maintaining professional and effective communication. Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling highly sensitive data and be proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to compose clear and professional email correspondence.
