Front desk receptionist duties at dental clinic responsible for managing front desk area, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, updating patient information, collecting required documentation, taking cash and credit card payments, maintaining patient charts/EHR, and assist with charge submission and follow up as needed. Scheduling post ops as needed as well. Controlling the patient flow between the waiting room and clinic area. Providing clerical support for the department, including correspondence and other assignments assigned by the supervisor.
