Administrative Assistant II

USC’s Keck School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, has an Administrative Assistant II position available in the Division of Medical Oncology. This position will assist faculty members and research lab team under the direction of Dr. Saul Priceman. This position will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of a wide range of diverse administrative tasks, projects, and processes that support the faculty members and operations of research team of Dr. Saul Priceman.

The position will cover such other tasks including calendar management, processing reimbursements, distributing faxes, purchasing/ordering office supplies, and lab supplies.

Finally, a percentage of this role will be dedicated to basic administrative projects. Administrative projects will include but are not limited to assisting in establishment of operational procedures and facilities management of the office and lab of Dr. Saul Priceman.

The ideal candidate must have excellent skills in organization, communication, writing, time management, with strong attention to detail, interpersonal relations, task prioritization, and the ability to work independently. Strong background in operations preferred.

The position will be a full-time (totaling 40 hours a week) position.

Rate Information:

This position will be Non-exempt and On-Site.

The hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 to $31.24
