FULL-TIME [Nonexempt] : 40 hours per week
Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) (https://positions.paylocity.com/PositionManagement/wizard/2033530) seeks a talentedAdministrative Assistant IIto contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. As anAdministrative Assistant II, you will be the primary administrative support for the Rochester NY location. This includes supporting various departments and programs, generating reports, coordinating meetings, and handling general office and facilities operations.
In this role, you will
+ In coordination with Administrative and Facilities Manager, oversee office operations and support for Rochester NY location.
+ Serve as lead contact for office and facility management in Rochester NY location.
+ Generate and prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings, including arranging necessary materials and equipment.
+ Work with vendors to source services, place orders and prepare invoices
+ Conduct basic research and gather data to support departmental projects.
+ Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
+ Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
+ Provide support executive leadership team for special projects and initiatives as needed.
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Provide backup coverage for reception and front desk during business hours.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education and Experience
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, or relevant field of study, or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart (https://www.ccsi.org/CCSI/media/pdfs/Equivalency-chart.pdf) )
+ At least 3 years of administrative support or operations experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, Excel, Outlook and calendar management
Additional Requirements
+ Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Ability to work independently and be self-directed
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
