**_*Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. This position will operate 5 days a week Monday-Friday at our Lab in Lexington, KY_**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
The **Administrative Assistant II** will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of all areas under the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leadership while serving as the primary point of contact for racing teams supported by the business. This role also includes budget monitoring, financial reporting, and managing requests of specialized products to racing teams, coordinating this with the blending team as necessary.
**In the role, you would be responsible for:**
+ Coordinate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) meetings, agendas, manage schedule and travel; Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for auto racing teams, ensuring timely and professional communication; Understand team-specific needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill their requirements; Coordinate with technical teams to gather and deliver critical product information to racing teams;
+ Oversee the shipment of specialized products to racing teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with shipping regulations, working with the blending and shipment teams; Maintain an inventory of production available products for motorsports teams use and coordinate replenishment as needed.
+ Track and monitor budgets across all areas of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) responsibility, measuring alignment with both expense and capital financial plans
+ Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries, highlighting key trends, variances, and actionable insights; Assist in budget forecasting and provide administrative support during budget preparation cycles
+ Manage and streamline administrative workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
+ Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor progress on various Chief Technology Officer (CTO) initiatives
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures across all assigned activities
+ Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time at its sole discretion.
**What You’ll Need**
+ Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent
+ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ High level of discretion and confidentiality.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
